The definitive collection for curly hair
Our Memory Flex™ technology allows the bristles to move freely and return to their original shape, allowing for greater detangling control with less resistance. What’s more, our brushes are designed to be water resistant.
Many of us with curls will detangle our hair in the shower, so this gives you greater flexibility for controlling your curls.
Made from recycled plastic, the Re:born Xtreme is not only better for the environment, but is ideal for detangling curly hair as it’s paddle design and Memory Flex™ bristles enable stress-free brushing to avoid breakages.
Love your planet and your hair with our fully recyclable and stylish brush, currently available in a choice of two colours.
Tips for looking after curly hair
Top tips for looking after curly hair
Those of us with curly hair know how high maintenance it can be, so we’ve put together some top tips to give your curls a helping hand, keep you frizz free and looking gorgeous.
How to use your hair brush: start at the ends
First of all, make sure you’ve invested in a good quality detangling brush for curly hair. Brushing your hair from the roots downward can cause major damage, not to mention pain!
Always start from the ends, holding your hair just above where you are brushing to avoid pulling on your scalp. Once you’ve worked all the way to the top you should be able to brush from root to tip smoothly and without any breakage.
Avoid shampooing too often
Shampooing your hair can strip it of its natural oils and make your hair look limp and dry – the worst thing you can do for your curls is shampoo your hair every single day!
Everyone is different so it’s worth experimenting with what works best for you and your hair, whether that’s every other day or even just once a week.
Wash with cooler water
Everyone loves a hot shower but it’s not so good for your curls!
Avoiding hot showers as much as possible or even just rinsing your hair in cool water helps seal your hair cuticles, retain moisture and keep your curls strong and defined.
Textured, curly hair can tend to be dry and dull if not looked after, which is why it’s crucial to invest in a good conditioner.
If it’s curl specific, that’s even better, and nourishing, natural ingredients like shea butter and coconut oil help keep your locks hydrated.
